These were the FIRST REGULAR classes of their kind to be organised PUBLICLY in the UK by a trained Divya Yog Teacher of Patanjali Yogpeeth. So we urge you all to take advantage of these classes if you are able to.

In the meantime, Patanjali Yogpeeth is busy trying to recruit more teachers in the UK so that people all over the country will have an opportunity to learn locally. Ajay has realised that surprisingly 80-90% of people are doing Yog incorrectly even after watching Swamiji on TV/satellite for months on end. Ajay says "Once you get into bad habits its difficult. Obviously Swamiji will not be able to come out of the TV set and correct your pranayama (breathing) techniques if you are too fast or slow or doing it with too much strength or not enough. So you will need to learn in a group or 1-1 so that we can see you and correct you if necessary"

Ajay goes on to say "It's worth learning correctly otherwise you can damage yourself in many ways. You'll have to put some initial effort in yourselves. Swamiji says, If you do it correctly you'll benefit. If you don't, you won't. And it is as simple and practical as that. YOG and its benefits have amazed us all in these modern times but it is an ancient Indian science, hundreds of thousands of years old, taught to us by men and women who all had faith in Almighty God, and it is that knowledge system that our generations had simply ignored or forgotten. The physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits we hear of everyday happening right across the globe is nothing short of a huge revolution......it is too good to be true but it is true".
