Now that you are in your favourite place, feeling that sensation of peace, I want you to look at the sky and observe the sun. You can look at it without it hurting your eyes. Look at this majestic body, this giver of life. (pause)

Now you begin to grow. You become bigger and bigger. Taller than the trees, taller than the tallest buildings. You feel strong there and you begin to observe the sun.

You rise up to the sun. You can do this in any way you like. Perhaps simply drifting upwards, perhaps someone throws you something so that you can rise, perhaps someone helps you in some other way. (pause)

Now you are standing before the sun, this giant star, and you can feel its power. But you do not burn: you can look at it and feel its life force.

Enter the interior of the sun through an opening. You are now inside the sun and you move towards what seems to you to be its centre. There you feel a tremendous energy surrounding you, and that energy enters into you and fills you with strength, and your breathing becomes deeper and more regular. (pause)

Now leave that field of energy. You will find an exit on the other side, different from the one through which you entered the sun.

Now you are climbing along a road to the heavens. From the sun you rise higher and higher, until you reach an immense plateau, a very barren desert.

It is growing dark and you are completely alone there, in this desert. Above you are enormous stars, so close that you feel they almost touch your head. You feel small and lonely in this darkness. But nothing bad will happen to you if you wait patiently for a new dawn, because from that dawn something will emerge that you have been seeking for a long time. You must wait with faith that the new day will bring you something deeply desired. (pause)

Now a new day begins and the light grows brighter and brighter, almost too bright to look at. But you must look at it, because from that light will come the best part of you, the strongest, the wisest: your inner guide. Someone whom you have probably called by another name.

From the bottom of your heart, and with great need and sincerity, ask your inner guide to come forward and make its presence known. (pause)

I have already identified the beliefs I held about faith... and I have released them.

I feel the deep intention to have faith... and I have released it.

I feel passionate about having faith.

But I lack faith... that I can have more faith.

I go deeper within myself... and I call upon my inner guide.

I ask that you help me to have faith, that I can have more faith...

In the future I see my image... with a face of certainty and full faith.

It is a being that has background voices, but nothing stops it... nothing diverts it.

That image of the future draws near... and merges with me.

I observe how my faith produces in me a sense of unity.

I go deeper still... toward faith in my immortality.

I locate the moment of my farewell from this world.

Nothing and no one can prevent my passage toward the light.

I merge with the light... and immortality without limits of time or space.

Then, with that faith, I leap into the void... with full confidence... without any fear.

It is a great force... and I feel indestructible.
